The Eastern Visayas Medical Center through GAA HFEP 2025 wishes to receive bids for the
following procurement project. This is a short of award project, issuance of Notice of Award
(NOA) upon downloading of HFEP 2025 funds.

PROJECT NAME: SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION OF ONE (1) UNIT
BRAND NEW ICP MONITOR - SHORT OF AWARD

TOTAL ABC: (Php) 3,300,000.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Eastern Visayas Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery
is within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of approved PO/NTP. Bidders should have
completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract
similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,
particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
