1. The EASTERN VISAYAS MEDICAL CENTER, through our Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Php2,644,700.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract IB NO. 2025-70 NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 300 UNITS ANDROID TABLETS ( AFTER TWO FAILED BIDDINGS). Bids received in excess of the total Approved Budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected.

2. The EASTERN VISAYAS MEDICAL CENTER now invites proposal/offer for IB NO. 2025-70 NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 300 UNITS ANDROID TABLETS (AFTER TWO FAILED BIDDINGS). Delivery of the items is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of Call-Off.
