Description : 1. The Department of Health- Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through funds from 2025 GAA Funds intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Nine Pesos and Seventy-Four Centavos (Php 2,248,689.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Office Supplies IB No. 2025-61. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Health- Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Approved Purchase Order (PO) with advance written notice of delivery from the bidder fourteen (14) calendar days prior to delivery. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
