PROCUREMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF MANPOWER SECURITY SERVICES - A MULTI YEAR CONTRACT OF 3 YEARS FROM 2025 TO 2028 - REBIDDING
IB NO. 2025-56

1. The Eastern Visayas Medical Center through the GAA 2025 and Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Php40,373,570.36 (contract amount for one year) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement for the Provision of Manpower Security Services - A Multi year contract of 3 years from 2025 to 2028 - Rebidding. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Eastern Visayas Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the service is required within 15 days upon issuance of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
