IB No. 2025 - 45
1) The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC), through the Income Fund for the CY 2025 under CAF No. 2025-458/424/539/400/490/584/593/565 intends to apply the sum of SIXTY-EIGHT MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE PESOS AND 54/100 (Php 68,161,695.54) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Various Medical and Hospital Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Dr. PJGMRMC now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Various Medical and Hospital Equipment using the Single or Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (S/LCRB).
