The Eastern Visayas Medical Center through our Hospital Income wishes to receive bids for IB
NO. 2025-44 Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of Hyper
Converged Infrastructure Solution with Support Services compatible with existing HCI System
with an ABC of Thirty Three Million Pesos Only (Php33,000,000.00). Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Eastern Visayas Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery
is within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of approved PO/NTP. Bidders should have
completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract
