1) The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC), through the
Regular/Revolving Fund under CAF No. 2025-587 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY
MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS
(Php 20,554,475.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicine from November to
December 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening. 2) The Dr. PJGMRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicine
from November to December 2025using the Single or Lowest Calculated and Responsive
Bidder (S/LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required Ten (10) Calendar Days upon received of
Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) Years from the date of
