1) The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC), through the
Regular Fund and Sub-Allotment (CSMMAP) under CAF No. 2025-518 intends to apply the sum
of FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT
PESOS (Php 5,686,388.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicine under Cancer and
Supportive-Palliative Medicines Access Program (CSPMAP) from November to December
2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
