1) The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC), through the Income Fund for the CY 2025 under CAF No. 2025-509 intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-NINE MILLION PESOS (Php 39,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Digital Video Stroboscope Tower System and Ultrasound Machine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Dr. PJGMRMC now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Digital Video Stroboscope Tower System and Ultrasound Machine using the Single or Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (S/LCRB).
