The Dr. PJGMRMC, through the Trust Fund with Certificate of Availability of Fund
(CAF No. 2025-392) dated August 15, 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million
Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 5,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No. 2025-37 Proposed 15
Beds Veterans Ward at 8th Floor of 8-Storey OPD and Wards Building. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Dr. PJGMRMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion
of the Works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed
a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in
the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
