1. The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) Cabanatuan City, through the Regular Fund being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with Certificate of Availability of Fund (CAF) No. 2025-326 dated July 14, 2025 intends to apply the total sum of FOURTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php14,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Refilled Medical Oxygen from September 2025 to December 2025 under IB No. 2025-33. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Dr. PJGMRMC Cabanatuan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery terms specified in Section VI Schedule of Requirements.
