IB No. 2025 - 28

1. The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) Cabanatuan City, through the Income Fund with Certificate of Availability of Fund (CAF) No. 2025 - 343 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SEVEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 207,370,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Various Medical Equipment under IB No. 2025-28. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Dr. PJGMRMC Cabanatuan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery terms specified in Section VI Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
