IB No. 2025 - 19 Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Various Medical Equipment
1. The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) Cabanatuan City, through the Income Fund with Certificate of Availability of Fund (CAF) No. 2025 - 129 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (PHP 20,753,980.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Various Medical Equipment under IB No. 2025-19. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Dr. PJGMRMC Cabanatuan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under sub-paragraph ādā, paragraph ā14ā of the Special Conditions of the Contract. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
