Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
SECURITY SERVICE PROVIDER
IB NO. 2025-14

1. The Department of Health- Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through funds from GMS and OBC-NVBSP intends to apply the sum of Six Million Seven Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos and Seventy-Two Centavos (Php 6,727,158.72)being the ABC to payments under the contract for the -PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICE PROVIDER.

2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening

3. The Department of Health- Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required for a maximum period of twelve (12) months upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
