1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 02, through the RICE Program - GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of PhP 1,184,383,625.00, being the total ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Inorganic Fertilizers/IB No. 2025-12-107. Bids received in excess of the respective ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 02, through RICE Program - GAA 2026, intends to apply the sum of the following inorganic fertilizers, being the ABC to payments under the contract of each lot:
