1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 02, through the Rice Program GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of PhP 1,829,980,000.00, being the total ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Hybrid Rice Seeds/IB No. 2025-12-106. Bids received in excess of the respective ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 02, through Rice Program GAA 2026, intends to apply the sum of the following Hybrid Rice Seeds, being the ABC to payments under the contract of each lot:
