Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF LAPTOP AND UNINTERRUPTED

POWER SUPPLY
IB NO. 2025-119

1) The Department of Health - Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH-
EVCHD), through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum
of Two Million Five Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱
2,564,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the Procurement of Laptop and Uninterrupted Power Supply. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the Procurement of Laptop and Uninterrupted
Power Supply using provisions under Republic Act No. 12009. Delivery of the Goods
is required within forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to
Proceed (NTP) and approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed,
at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar
