Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT OF THE SUPPLY AND

DELIVERY OF IT AND AVP EQUIPMENT

IB NO. 2025-118

1) The Department of Health - Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH-
EVCHD), through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum
of Two Million Five Hundred Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Nine Pesos (₱
2,509,969.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the Negotiated Procurement of the Supply and Delivery of IT and AVP
Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2) The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the Negotiated Procurement of the Supply and
Delivery of IT and AVP Equipment using provisions under Republic Act No. 12009.
Delivery of the Goods is required within forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of
approved Notice to Proceed (NTP) and approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders
