Description : 1. The Department of Health Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Four Hundred Forty Philippine Pesos (Php 1,450,440.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Autoclave High Pressure Steam Sterilizer 45-50L under IB No. 2025-104. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the Procurement of Autoclave High Pressure Steam Sterilizer 45-50L using provisions under Republic Act 12009. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 Calendar Days upon receipt of approved Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
