Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1 Lot Endoscopic Equipment compatible with existing Endoscopy Unit
IB NO. 2025-103

1) The Eastern Visayas Medical Center, through Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Php19,483,200.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1 Lot Endoscopic Equipment compatible with existing Endoscopy Unit. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Eastern Visayas Medical Center, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery shall be within sixty (60) days upon receipt of the Purchase Order/Notice To Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
