IB NO. 2025-102
1. The Department of Health Eastern Visayas- Center for Health Development through
the funds from General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of the
following:
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2. The Department of Health Eastern Visayas- Center for Health Development now
invites bids FOR THE REPRODUCTION/PRINTING OF IEC MATERIALS
(MANUALS, FLIP CHART AND LEAVE ONS) PER LOT BASIS Under IB No 2025-
102 using provisions under Republic Act 12009. Delivery of the Goods is required
Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP) and
