1. The DOH - Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development, through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM (NEP) 2026 intends to apply the sum of EIGHTY-EIGHT MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR PESOS (₱ 88,722,554.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contracts. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot will be automatically rejected at bid opening.
