The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 02, through the OAP GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱4,999,403.31, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build for the 3 units Establishment of Fully Automated Smart Greenhouse located at DA-CVRC-Annex, Baligatan, City of Ilagan, Isabela/IB No. 2025-09-92. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
