1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 02, through the FOD-NUPAP intends to apply the sum of ₱1,900,000.00, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build for the Establishment of Greenhouse with Solar-Powered Hydroponic System located at Tapaya, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya/IB No. 2025-07-65. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 02 now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Design and Build for the Establishment of Greenhouse with Solar-Powered Hydroponic System located at Tapaya, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya.
