IB No. 2025 - 06

1. The Dr. PJGMRMC Cabanatuan City, through Regular Fund with Certificate of Availability of Fund (CAF No. 2025-007) dated January 9, 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1,200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 2025 - 06 - Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Services for Various Medical (Semi-Annual Basis) for CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Dr. PJGMRMC Cabanatuan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery terms specified in Section VI Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
