1. The Northwestern Cagayan General Hospital, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos (Php 1, 868, 238.00) for Category I: Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Equipment, Eight Hundred Seventy Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (Php 870, 300.00) for Category II: Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Instruments, Four Hundred Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos (Php 417, 880.00) for Category III: Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Supplies, Five Million One Hundred Fifty Four Pesos (Php 5, 000, 154.00) for Category IV: Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies for Pharmacy being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
