1. The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) Cabanatuan City, through the Income Fund with Certificate of Availability of Fund (CAF) Nos. 2024 - 532 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 1,964,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Re-Bid of Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Various IT Equipment and Office Equipment under IB No. 2025-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Dr. PJGMRMC Cabanatuan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under sub-paragraph ādā, paragraph ā14ā of the Special Conditions of the Contract.
