1. The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) Cabanatuan City, through the Income Fund with Certificate of Availability of Fund (CAF) Nos. 2024 - 653 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 4,670,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning for the Replacement of 2 Units Medical Air Compressor of Oxygen Generating Plant under IB No. 2025-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
