Supply and Delivery of Various Housekeeping Supplies from July to December 2025
(IB No. 2025 - 21)
1. The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) Cabanatuan City, through the Regular and Income Fund being the ABC with Certificate of Availability of Fund (CAF) No. 2025-146 dated April 21, 2025 intends to apply the total sum of THREE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE PESOS AND 90 CENTAVOS (Php 3,149,131.90) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Housekeeping Supplies from July to December 2025 under IB No. 2025-21. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Dr. PJGMRMC Cabanatuan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery terms specified in Section VI Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
