Description : 1. The Department of Health Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through the Continuing Appropriations (CONAP) of 2023 intends to apply the sum Two Million Eight Thousand Fifty-Eight Pesos (PhP2, 008,058.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, & Commissioning of Autoclave, High Pressure Steam Sterilizer under IB No. 2023-43. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. The SLCC should be completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. Bidders should have completed at least two (2) similar contracts and the aggregate contract amounts to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
