1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 02, through the Corn Program intends to apply the sum of ₱4,950,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build for the Construction of 20 cubic meter per hour Capacity (Potable/Drinking) Water Treatment System/Facility/IB No. 2023-12-83. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2.
