1. The DOH - Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development, through the GOP-General Appropriations Act 2023 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS (Php2,332,300.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item.
