1. The DOH - Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development, through the GOP-General Appropriations Act 2023 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS (Php2,332,300.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each line item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
