1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 02, through the HVCDP FY 2023 intends to apply the sum of ₱20,369,250.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build Scheme for Onion Cold Storage Building (10,000 bags capacity) with Ammonia Refrigerator System/IB No. 2023-03-22. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 02 now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Design and Build Scheme for Onion Cold Storage Building (10,000 bags capacity) with Ammonia Refrigerator System.
