1. The Dr. PJGMRMC Cabanatuan City, through the Revolving Fund with Certificate of Availability of Fund (CAF No. 2021-380) dated November 29, 2021, intends to apply the sum of NINETEEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT PESOS (Php 19,653,688.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 2021 - 54 - Supply and Delivery of Various Antineoplastics & Immunosuppressant Drugs from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
