SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GOOGLE WORKSPACE

1. The Department of Agriculture (DA) - Central Office, through the GAA CY2025 intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Nine Million Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Three (PhP9,008,953.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Google Workspace under
IB No. 053-25.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA - Central Office now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Google Workspace. The supply and delivery must be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within years 2020-2024 prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
