Description : Section I. Invitation
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, CONFIGURATION AND DEPLOYMENT OF CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE
1. The Department of Agriculture (DA) - Central Office, through the GAA CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Twelve Million Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand (PhP12,930,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Configuration and Deployment of Cloud Infrastructure under IB No. 042-25.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DA - Central Office now invites bids for Supply, Configuration and Deployment of Cloud Infrastructure. The Supply, Configuration and Deployment must be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from conforme of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within years 2021 to 2024 prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
