1) The Ospital ng Palawan, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Six Million Three Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Seven Pesos and 45/100 (₱ 26,342,297.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for The Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Supplies and Reagents under Early Procurement Activity for CY 2026 with Reference no. IB-GOODS-2026-008 EPA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
