Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY REAGENTS

1) The Ospital ng Palawan, through the FC-01-Regular Agency Fund-GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (6,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Reagents Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Ospital ng Palawan now invites bids for The Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Supplies and Reagents under Early Procurement Activity for CY 2026 using nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as provided for in Section 59 of RA 12009 and it-s IRR. The criterion for evaluation to determine the award of contract shall be Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) as provided for in Section 58.2.a of RA 12009 and it-s IRR and Instruction to Bidders 26.3.a & b of Bidding Document (May 2025-First Edition).
