INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
FOOD SUPPLIES, NON-FOOD SUPPLIES, HOUSEKEEPING AND LAUNDRY SUPPLIES,
AND TEXTILE AND GARMENTS

1. The Ospital ng Palawan, through the 01 - Regular Agency Fund - GAA 2025 and FC - 05 Internally Generated Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred Forty-One Pesos & 72/100 Pesos (P 3,314,641.72) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Food Supplies, Non-Food Supplies, Housekeeping and Laundry Supplies, and Textile and Garments with reference number IB-GOODS-2025-017. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Ospital ng Palawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
