INVITATION TO BID FOR CATERING SERVICES WITH MEAL FOR REPRESENTATION EXPENSES FOR EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PAYOUT, OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR

LGU-s Annual Budget as Approved by Sanggunian, FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 1,007,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Catering Services with meal for Representation Expenses for Educational Assistance Payout, Office of the Governor (Project I.D. IB-Goods-063-2025) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
