INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY REAGENTS
1. The Provincial Government of Masbate, through LGU-s Annual Budget as Approved by the Sanggunian, FY-2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Five Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos Only (Ph7,526,837.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Reagents for use of the Provincial Health Office (Project I.D. No. IB-Goods-043-2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Masbate now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
