LGU-s Annual Budget as Approved by Sanggunian, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Three Million Three Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only(Php33,332,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials assistance to the families with totally damaged houses affected by severe tropical storm (STS) Opong (Project I.D. IB-Goods-007-2026) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
