  Description : The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC), through the National Expenditure Program for FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred Six Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php5,606,360.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), inclusive of all government taxes and fees, under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services for the HSAC Central Office and RABs NCR and IV-B for CY 2025.
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at the bid-opening.
  
  This is an Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the HSAC for FY 2025. This procurement requirement shall be governed by the laws, rules, and regulations and procedures under Appendix 31 (Guidelines on the Implementation of EPA of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
