1) The Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte through the PDRRM Fund CY 2025, Account Code No. 2-04-01-020-24 intends to apply the sum of Php. 34,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Agusan del Norte PDRRMC Operations & Training Center, Barangay Sanghan, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
