  1) The Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte through the 20% Development Fund, LEP FY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Php. 44,998,029.83 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading/Improvement/Construction of Maningalao FMR Leading to Provincial Stock Farm, Las Nieves, Agusan del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
