  1) The Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte through the 5% LDRRM Fund, Account Code No. 2-04-01-020-24 intends to apply the sum of Php. 9,999,789.04 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement/Rehabilitation of Hanging Foot Bridge Poblacion Tubay, Agusan del Norte (REBID). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
