CONSTRUCTION OF GENERATOR SHELTER WITH TRENCHING, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF GENERATOR, TRANSFORMER, AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH (ATS), AND MAIN DISTRIBUTION PANEL (MDP)

1. The ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER (ISMC), through the INCOME- CAPITAL OUTLAY to apply the sum of TWENTY-FIVE MILLION PESOS (PHP25,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF GENERATOR SHELTER WITH TRENCHING, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF GENERATOR, TRANSFORMER, AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH (ATS), AND MAIN DISTRIBUTION PANEL (MDP). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
