  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
  PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER (ISMC) FOR ONE (1) YEAR
  
  1) The ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER, through the Current Appropriation GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT and 73/100 Pesos Only (Php 5,655,248.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER (ISMC) FOR ONE (1) YEAR.
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER (ISMC) FOR ONE (1) YEAR . Deployment of the Janitorial Services is required within THIRTY (30) calendar days after receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed and with a period of one (1) year.
