  PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES (PMS) OF VARIOUS ELECTROMECHANICAL EQUIPMENT FOR FY 2026 (REBID)
  
  1) The ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER, through the CURRENT APPROPRIATION GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,225,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES (PMS) OF VARIOUS ELECTROMECHANICAL EQUIPMENT FOR FY 2026 (REBID).
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
